Vendors who create something especially for the festival will be highly regarded. Could you incorporate a wild-foraged ingredient into one of your products or dishes? Is there an exclusive festival offering you could develop and promote? In 2026, vendors who embraced the festival theme in this way saw excellent results and were able to make the most of festival marketing and cross-promotion opportunities.

Sustainability is one of the festival's core values, and we encourage all vendors to do their best to operate with sustainable practices in mind. We would love to see compostable packaging used wherever possible, and we encourage vendors to support initiatives that reduce waste, such as offering discounts for reusable cups or welcoming attendees who bring their own containers and cutlery.
